Welcome to my wellness space
Hi, I’m Jasmina — a mother, wife, and certified yoga instructor dedicated to making wellness accessible wherever you are. My journey to yoga began after spine surgery, and it transformed how I move, breathe, and live. Now I bring that transformation to others.
I believe in small, intentional lifestyle changes — wholesome movement, mindfulness, and daily motivation. Whether I’m teaching a yin class in someone’s living room or leading a hike through the foothills, I show up with everything you need.
